These terms apply when you visit or buy from ripplesmile.com.au (the “Site”).

ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices, products or offers at any time, but this won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to make sure product descriptions, images and colours are accurate, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

RippleSmile is a cleaning device for dentures, aligners, retainers, mouthguards and similar appliances. It is not a medical device and doesn’t replace advice from your dentist or orthodontist. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product and your appliance’s care instructions.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, including damage caused by using the product other than as instructed.

USING THE SITE

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by copying our content, images or branding without permission, submitting false information, or attempting to interfere with how the Site works.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including the RippleSmile name, logo, images and text, belongs to us and can’t be used without our written permission.
